Transcript Requests

Official Elgin Academy transcripts will be sent in a timely manner. Official transcripts are sent directly to the institution listed on your request from the registrar's office. There is no fee for official transcripts. 

You may request an unofficial transcript for your records. Unofficial transcripts will be processed through the Alumni Office and will be fulfilled as time permits. Identity verification may be required. A $5 fee is required.

Replacement Diploma Request

An outside company prints our official Elgin Academy diplomas each year. If you need to order a replacement diploma we will be taking orders until February 15, 2024. Diplomas will be shipped to Elgin Academy in May 2024. The current Elgin Academy Board Chair and Head of School will sign the replacement diploma and EA will mail it to you. There is a $35.00 fee charged by the printing company for a replacement diploma.
