What's Happening

Volunteers Needed - Box Office and Reception

The cast and crew of the Middle School show, A Retro-Spectacular, are looking forward to their upcoming performances. A reception celebrating their hard work will take place after the show on Friday, May 3rd. Volunteers are need to provide supplies, set up, and clean up. Volunteers are also needed to check tickets before both the Friday evening and Saturday afternoon performances. Please sign up to volunteer.

Volunteers Needed - Faculty/Staff Appreciation Week

EAPA is looking forward to celebrating the work of our faculty and staff with special treats during the week of April 22nd-26th. We are seeking a variety of items as well as volunteers to assist. Please sign up using the links:

Volunteers Needed - Post Prom

This year’s Post Prom event will take place on Saturday, April 20th from 10:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. The event will be open to all Upper School students. EAPA is seeking volunteers to help make this a fun and memorable event. Please sign up here to help and reach out to Rachel Zonts and Jennifer Smayda at eapa@elginacademy.org with any questions.

The EAPA welcomes all parents to get involved. We appreciate your energy, ideas, talents, and contributions.  Give as little or as much time as you have available. There are so many areas where we need your support.

About the EAPA

The primary objective of the Parent Association is to enrich our students' school experience through all of our families and to enhance the communication between parents, administration, faculty, staff, and the Board of Trustees.

All parents/guardians of Elgin Academy Students are automatically considered members of the EA Parent Association (EAPA), Athletic Boosters, and Patrons of the Arts. The Office of Development oversees and supports the EAPA in their activities, contributions, and fundraising activities.

Patrons of The Arts

The Patrons of the Arts (POTA) is charged with enriching and developing the arts at Elgin Academy and welcomes the participation of all parents with a love for visual arts, theatre, creative writing, music, and dance.

Athletic Booster Club

Elgin Academy's Athletic Booster Club (ABC) supports the Athletic Department and coaches in promoting leadership skills, athletic excellence, lifelong health and fitness, school spirit, and sportsmanship. All interested parents are welcome.
