EA Parent Association
What's Happening
The Middle School will be kicking off winter break with a party on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 19th. Volunteers are needed to send in supplies and assist with the party on the 19th, as well as to decorate on December 18th. Please sign up here to volunteer. If you have any questions, please reach out to MS VPs Mev Alam and Renee Pradzinski.
The EA Parent Association's Faculty & Staff Holiday Gift Program is an annual tradition that offers families the opportunity to show their appreciation for Elgin Academy's faculty and staff members during the holiday season. This program is optional. Families may support the faculty and staff any way they choose. Some families give traditional gifts, others use this program only, and some use a combination of both. Gifts will be accepted through Monday, December 11th. Late submissions cannot be accepted. Those who would like to participate must submit the online form prior to the deadline.
EA Parent Association is encouraging families to join them in showing their appreciation for Elgin Academy's dedicated Faculty and Staff and all that they do for our students. Your support is both meaningful and appreciated especially during the holiday season. Thank you for participating in the EAPA Holiday Gift Program. If you have any questions, please contact the EAPA at holidaygift@elginacademy.
The EAPA welcomes all parents to get involved. We appreciate your energy, ideas, talents, and contributions. Give as little or as much time as you have available. There are so many areas where we need your support.
About the EAPA
The primary objective of the Parent Association is to enrich our students' school experience through all of our families and to enhance the communication between parents, administration, faculty, staff, and the Board of Trustees.
All parents/guardians of Elgin Academy Students are automatically considered members of the EA Parent Association (EAPA), Athletic Boosters, and Patrons of the Arts. The Office of Development oversees and supports the EAPA in their activities, contributions, and fundraising activities.
