Students will increase academic vocabulary, improve reading and writing ability, develop good note-taking habits, and learn how to effectively communicate in the American classroom. All lessons are activity-based and students will have daily opportunities to use new language and apply cultural knowledge. University tours and sightseeing adventures in the Chicago area are included.

Levels Covered: Intermediate and Advanced

Program Duration: 2 weeks

English Lessons: 24 (75 minutes each)

Possible Excursion Destinations: Weekend sightseeing trip to Chicago, local excursions and a visit to Northwestern University and University of Chicago
